By the end of 2005, CLL PHARMA purchased SYN:TEM, a Drug Discovery company specialised in peptides chemistry, and owner of a technology named PEP:TRANS, allowing to vectorise and facilitate Blood Brain Barrier passage for molecules aiming for central nervous system.

Eight new molecules are proposed in three different therapeutic axes : pain, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.

RDP58 Inflammatory bowel disease.
SYN 1001 Derivative of M6G : morphine metabolite, in clinical Ph II.
SYN 1002 Nonapeptide, in clinical Ph I (inflammatory pain). 200 times more active than morphine.
SYN 1002 Crohn disease 
SYN 2001 Vectorised PACLITAXEL Ph I (gliome), water soluble.
SYN 2002 Vectorised DOXORUBICIN (lung cancer).
SYN 2003 Anti-angiogenesis peptide.
SYN 2004 DOCETAXEL (cancer), water soluble.
