The research in the field of new drug delivery technologies allowed significant advances in this area in recent years. This effort of development made by CLL PHARMA accelerated the progress realized in Drug Delevery Systems, improving the ease of administration of medicines by the patients.
Delivery Drug Systems
This new delivery drug systems have an immediate influence of the quality of follow-up treatments. Indeed, galenical innovation allowing a reduction of the active ingredients at its optimum concentration, the best therapeutic efficiency can be ensured by the lowest possible dose. It improves the tolerance of treatments by patients, by facilitating the respect and the regularity of daily doses, while decreasing their number.

These progress in new Delivery Drugs Systems (DDS) are the direct result of a change in policy of research and development of innovative galenical formulations. In the continuity of the development of generic drugs, the galenical innovation allows to obtain many answers to the recurring problems of the pharmaceutical industry : Competitive differentiation by improved methods of administration, lifetime products increased, as a constantly evolving, greater diversity and an increase of product lines, a significant reduction of production costs, resulting in a high return on investment, and risk-taking decreased in financial terms.

Technologie CelAtom®
It is a technology of preparation of powder in thin particles, by a process of atomization, consisting in an operation of continuous drying of droplets pulverized in an atmosphere of warm gas. The nanoparticles of active ingredients so founded are dissolved more quickly in the stomach, which facilitates their absorption by the gastro-intestinal mucous membrane.
Technologie CelDis®
It is a technology allowing the synthesis of active ingredients in the form of soluble tablets, facilitating their ingestion by the patient. It is used to antibiotics of the family of macrolides like Azithromycine, Spiramycine, Spiramycine-Métronidazole
Technologie CelSol®
This technology is a protocol allowing to make hydrosoluble an active principle, which the solubility in its natural state is weak or even non-existent. This technology can be used to replace solutions of mouthwash by dosettes of powder to be dissolved in a glass of water, for example mouthwash based on essential oils.
Technologie FastOral®
The result of this technology appears in the form of tablet to rapid disintegration in the mouth in contact with the saliva, in order to allow the taking of drugs in situations or ingestion of liquid is forbidden. This formulation can be applied to analgesics, like Mirtazapine, Tramadol and Tramadol-Paracetamol
Technologie MIDDS® (Micellar Improved Drug Delivery Solution)
It's a technology allowing the improvement of intestinal environment absorption of poorly soluble active ingredients, that allows to maximize the efficiency of these molecules, reducing the prescribed doses. The finished drug is dispensed in a softgel capsule or as an oral or injectable solution. CLL PHARMA has applied this technology to two active ingredients : Fenofibrate and Isotretinoin.
